Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to support engineering programs focused on engineering BOM (EBOM) reconciliation, CAD data standardization, and product configuration architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering background and experience working with PLM, ERP, and CAD systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering initiatives involving SAP ENOVIA EBOM reconciliation, SolidWorks model cleanup, and CTO (Configure-to-Order) architecture.
• Ensure engineering BOM accuracy and alignment between PLM (ENOVIA) and ERP (SAP) systems.
• Standardize CAD data by improving parametric modeling practices, 3D models, and engineering drawing quality.
• Develop and define ETO (Engineer-to-Order) and CTO modular product architectures aligned with manufacturing requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Maintain project governance, track progress, and support the timely execution of engineering initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in engineering, program management, or a related technical field.
• Strong mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering background.
• Experience with PLM, ERP, CAD systems, and product configuration management.
• Working knowledge of SAP, ENOVIA, and SolidWorks.
• Understanding of engineering BOM management, parametric modeling, and modular product architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
